Six cans of the slow-brewed botanical tea we make in Greenock.

Sol Mate is built around three things: hibiscus and elderberry for colour and depth, South American yerba mate for caffeine and a clean, grassy edge, and dual-extracted Lion's Mane mushroom from Mogo Farms in the Derbyshire Peak District. Burdock, dandelion, and licorice root sit underneath; acerola cherry and lime juice finish on top.

Every 20-litre batch is brewed on our own kit, balanced with citric and malic acid, and pasteurised in-can for ambient-stable shelf life. The Lion's Mane goes in cold, after filtration, so nothing gets cooked out of it. No syrups, no flavourings, no shortcuts.

Tart, lightly bitter, with a long dry finish.
